Battling near record heat and humidity the Easton Lions held the annual year-end Cook Out at the Easton Rod and Gun Club. While outgoing Lion President Lori Maver did an outstanding job as emcee, and Lion Dave Spagone played a marathon set as part of the Easton Live music series, the champions of the day were the members who worked the grill and helped feed the Club.
Lions Ed Pires, Pattie Somers, Tyler Bourne, Harry Somers, Stan Borgeson, Sue Kelly, Ron Handverger, Henry Narsasian, Joyce Tardito, and old friend Matt Soldner braved the grill and served the members who (literally) soaked in the atmosphere.
Lion Jon Morgan presided over the Induction Ceremony for Lionistic year 2021-2022. Andrew Parker was sworn in as President, Jim Abate as first vice-president, and Doc David Mudd as second vice-president.
